Pazarlama dünyasında 17 yılı aşkın deneyimi olan Aydoğdu, 30 kişilik bir Tüketici Pazarlama ekibini yönetiyor. Pazarlamaya karşı olan sevgisini ve tüketici deneyimine olan tutkusunu Koç Üniversitesinde tüketici davranışları alanında asistan öğrencilik yaparken keşfetti.

Danone ailesine ilk Numico’da çalışarak başlayan Aydoğdu, tüketicilerin kalbini kazanmak için stratejiler gelişiyor, takım ve yapılar kuruyor.



Pelin is the CMO of Danone-Specialized Nutrition, a leading life-transforming nutrition company with a unique mission to bring health to as many people as possible.


Pelin is an intrapreneur, a transformation agent and a coach with a passion to drive growth and create value for the company, driving unprecedented profitability focused on both business and technology development . Pelin brings a unique combination of strategy development skills, with 17 +years marketing expertise, a strong ability to lead and help people grow. Currently she is heading a Consumer Marketing team of 30+ people in Brand Management, Digital Management, Strategy &Insights.


She is a mother of two. She loves spending time with loved ones, enjoys reading and love to exercise and practice a healthy lifestyle.



Her love of marketing and passion for consumer experience was triggered during her graduate studies at Koç University as a student assistant in the field of consumer behavior. She joined Numico, former Danone SN as an ABM. In the following years, she took key managerial roles in all the topline functions including marketing, sales and healthcare while being based in Istanbul and Amsterdam. She has established strategies, built teams and structures to win the heart and minds of consumers.
