ERHAN ÖZKANTARCI

Erhan Özkantarcı who was born in ‘79 in Izmir has graduated from Private İzmir High School and Ege University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Journalism. After he started his career with copywriting at Euro RSCG, he took a step into digital advertising with project management position in SesliHarfler in 2009. In this agency, he advanced in his career to general management until 2014. As from 2014, he has led the foundation of Vivaki Creative Agency under the roof of Publicis Groupe. Erhan Özkantarcı, who has achieved to found a digital agency that works with brands such as P&G, Ferrero, Turkcell, Mondelez etc. in a short time like 4 years, starting from zero, became the agency leader of Saatchi & Saatchi and Vivaki Creative under the construction of Publicis One as published in the beginning of 2017.

UĞUR GÜLEN

He completed his undergraduate education at Industrial Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University and has a master’s degree from the same department. having started his career in 1991, Gülen worked at different positions at Interbank, Denizbank, Ak Internet and MNG Bank. From 2004 to 2009, he served as the Assistant General Manager for Ak Emeklilik and AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. He has been the General Manager and the Member of the Board of Directors of Aksigorta since 2009.

AYŞENUR EVCİL

Ayşenur Evcil, Regional Head of Digital Transition at BSH Home Appliances is leading the Digital Strategy and Transformation of T-MEA-CIS region (Turkey, Middle East, Africa and Commonwealth of Independent States) that includes 88 countries. Ayşenur has over 17 years of global experience in branding, digital and E-commerce marketing and generating revenue and customer growth via integrated omni-channel marketing strategies across Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Financial Services, Digital Publishing and Media industries.

 

Prior to joining BSH, she was the Digital Marketing, Sales and Customer Insight Country Lead at Accenture Digital Turkey where she spearheaded numerous complex digital transformation and ecosystem development consulting projects for leading Financial Services, Telco, Retail and CPG industry clients that generated significant  business growth.

 

Previously, Ayşenur was the CEO and Head of Global Direct to Consumer Marketing at Eaglemoss Inc. , where she led the development of go-to-market strategy for North America region to fuel growth of global digital portfolio and ignite new customer generation.

 

Prior to joining Eaglemoss, she held strategic senior management positions at Citigroup, Kraft Foods, and IMP Inc. in USA where she led cross-functional teams in various game-changing, data-driven digital business strategies and initiatives. During her tenure at Citigroup, Ayşenur lead the development Citi’s first-ever Dining Platform, with exclusive ecosystem partnerships, new mobile payment platforms and personalized digital solutions. She was instrumental in successfully launching digital CRM and loyalty programs for Kraft Foods.

 

Ayşenur received her MBA degree in Marketing and International Business from Zicklin School of Business in Baruch College in New York and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Bosphorus University in Istanbul.

MELİH AKSAN

He joined Aksan Law Firm in 2013 as a lawyer and is still working at such firm as a lawyer. He predominantly focuses on corporate law and law of obligations consultancy and serves venture capital investments for domestic and international funds and technology ventures in the company incorporation and investment processes. He has represented investors and investment buying parties at around twenty venture capital investment transactions worth tens of millions of dollars and buyer and seller parties at acquisition and merger transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars and has played leading roles at representing teams.

Melih is a member of the Information Technology Law Association and is also a member of the law board for Game Designers, Developers, Construction and Publishers Association and the official legal advisor to the Venture Capital Sector Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.

GÖRKEM GÖKÇE

Görkem is a graduate of Üsküdar American High School and Istanbul University. He had commercial law classes at Harvard University as part of his graduate studies. After working at reputable law firms, notably, SNR Denton, he decided to pursue his career by starting his own business in 2010 and incorporated Gökçe Law Partnership.

Görkem has undertaken a number of national and international projects, including various international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment processes and project financing.  He represents many international clients in front of Turkish Courts in various commercial disputes, on the other hand, has in-depth expertise in issues that are related to technology. Görkem has advised multinational companies such as Facebook, Spotify, Sony, Bosch-Siemens, Akbank, Beymen, Çelebi Holding, Borajet, Onedio, Lehman Brothers, Standard Bank, Astaldi, British American Tobacco and Formula 1 Administration. He is a member of the British – Turkish Lawyers Association and was the Secretary of the Association between 2008 and 2009. He is also a member of the International Technology Law Association and continues to serve as the Representative of Turkey. He has been a mentor at İTU Çekirdek for many years and also delivers speeches at conferences at many legal faculties.

 

 

 

GÖKHAN AHİ

He graduated from the University of Istanbul, School of Law in 1999. He is a self-employed lawyer. He teaches “Information Technology Crimes in Turkish Law” at the Information Technologies Law at Bilgi University. His articles have been published in various magazines and internet sites in the field of Information Technology Law.  He works mainly in the areas of Criminal Law, Information Technology Law, and Commercial Law, and works as a legal advisor in information technology, internet, digital gaming, social media and digital advertising companies.

NİLAY YATKIN

Nilay has been working as a Senior Analytics Advisor for Retail, Consumer Electronics and Telecom industry at Google Turkey. Nilay, who also works as a computation and association specialist, has been rendering consultancy services on computation, association and web analytics for many different industries including travel, finance and auto.

Before joining Google family, she worked at Intel UK, as a Digital Marketing Computation Specialist in charge of Europe, Middle East and Africa, on Web analytics and Business Acumen Systems. She graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University.

BURCU SOYKURUM

After she graduated from Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering department, she started his career journey at Procter & Gamble Marketing Department.

Firstly started in Gillette, as Media & Market Research Manager, then continued with getting the role of Direct Marketing Assistant Brand Manager, being responsible for consumer activations & launch of digital platforms of Ariel, Prima & Orkid brands. After she promoted to the role of Brand Operations Integration Manager, she found the opportunity to manage integrated marketing plans of brands, which enabled her to win many external recognitions, especially 2# Cannes Lions shortlist.

During Turkey launch of Fairy, she was the Assistant Brand Manager, getting very successful business results, won Gold Effie in 3 consecutive  years. She promoted to Lifestages Marketing Group Manager, responsible for all programs/campaigns customized per each life stage, led the successful launches of #banabak Youth Platform & kadinlarbilir.com portal.  During her role of Shopper Marketing & Instore Innovation Group Manager, she enriched her “brand building” experiences, working very closely with Sales department.

Currently, she is Brand Operations Group Manager for Turkey & Caucasus, leading the innovation to create new marketing solutions for brands, together with her young & energetic team.

VAROL AKMAN

Since 1988 Varol Akman is a professor of Computer Engineering at Bilkent University. His current research is in two areas: artificial intelligence and social aspects of the internet. An alumnus of Middle East Technical University, Akman received a PhD degree in computer engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Prior to joining Bilkent, he held positions with Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (1986–88) and with Universiteit Utrecht (1985–86).

PELİN AYDOĞDU

Aydoğdu who graduated from METU Environmental Engineering Department in 2001 joined Danone family in 2004 after completing the Master of Business Administration education at Koç University. After working at different positions within Mother-Baby Nutrition business unit, he worked as a Global Senior Product Manager responsible for 35 countries in Amsterdam in 2009. He returned to Turkey in 2011. He worked at positions such as Medical Marketing and Commercial Marketing. He was the first person who worked at three major departments known as MMS (Marketing – Medical – Sales) within Danone Turkey. Aydoğdu has been serving as the Marketing Director responsible for Consumer Marketing and Strategy & Market Research departments since 2016.
